Regulations for Room Canceling Cancel the room one day before the reservation time, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancel the room 2-3 days before the reservation time, 70% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancel the room 4-6 days before the reservation time, 50% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancel the room 7-9 days before the reservation time, 40% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancel the room 10-13 days before the reservation time, 30% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancel the room 14 days before the reservation time, 20% of the deposit will be charged.
If you fail to check in on the reservation date, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
Due to force majeure or other unpreventable reasons, such as a typhoon, the Hotle will return all the payment without interest for the cancellation of a room reservation.
After the reservation is confirmed, you can change the check in date once (the extension is limited to within one month), or you can cancel the reservation according to the abovementioned regulations. The change shall depend on the room vacancy of the Hotel.
